Luca Badioli,

Luca joined Arun & Chichester Citizens Advice as a volunteer in 2003. Since then, he has worked in various roles within the organisation, including supervising, providing debt and civil litigation specialist advice, representation in court proceedings, project managing county and Pan-Sussex projects, and having responsibility for quality assurance.

Luca is very passionate about the work Citizens Advice delivers to the community and the social policy work they do. He has a very strong sense of justice and avidly challenges injustice.

Luca has been instrumental in creating financial stability and positioning the organisation to take advantage of opportunities for growth.

As part of this development, he has set up two programmes, Tackling Fuel Poverty Together and Reaching More People, to focus the organisation on addressing poverty and ensuring access to services.

He has also been instrumental in setting up the Financial Impact Group, composed of representatives of the DWP, WSCC, Arun District Council, Chichester District Council, VAAC, and other non-for-profit organisations
