Arun & Chichester Citizens Advice are proud to announce a brand new Energy Advice Service for 2021 to help struggling families and individuals across the whole of West Sussex.
From Monday 4 January 2021 Citizens Advice will be working with the West Sussex Fuel Poverty Co-ordinator Emma Pagett, to deliver ‘Tackling Fuel Poverty, Together’: a project, funded by The Energy Redress Scheme, that aims to support households to keep warm, reduce the risk of people struggling to afford energy service costs and tackle fuel poverty across the whole of West Sussex.
Our West Sussex Energy Advice specialist team are here for everyone and maybe able to provide support with:
West Sussex residents and families facing financial hardship, struggling with energy payments, or need help with home grants and repairs can contact the West Sussex Energy Advice Service and speak to the Home Energy Advisors direct via telephone at 01243 974063.
This brand new service, which aims to tackle fuel poverty within our county, is provided by the team at Arun & Chichester Citizens Advice is available to all everyone living within Chichester, Bognor Regis, Worthing, and cross the whole of West Sussex.

The Charity’s brand-new service is running by a dedicated, and recently recruited a team of individuals who’ve been trained specifically for this exclusive service. The Energy Advice Team, along with the support of volunteers, is available to those residents struggling financially or who need help and support with a number of issues surrounding home energy bills, maintenance, equipment, and much more.
